Number of beds and people

The price is for a maximum of 7-8 people (there are 7 beds and 1 child cot). If you rent the studio as well there are 9 -10 beds in total (including 1 child cot).

High Season

(15 June to 15 September)

The villa : 1113 Euro per week.

The villa and the Studio: 1540 Euro per week

Mid Season

(16 September to October, April (Easter) to 14 June)

The villa : 826 Euro per week .

Villa and the Studio: 1015 Euro per week

Low Season

(November to April (Easter)) – the pool is not heated.

The villa : 595 Euro per week.

Included: Normal use* of electricity, pool, water, air conditioning, heating and bottled gas. The usage of kitchen equipment, outdoor furniture, and outdoor shower. Wifi internet, a brand new alarm system with picture and fire alarm connected to security company (Securitas), TV with Nordic and English speaking satellite channels and all local Spanish channels are also included. In addition, the villa includes comforter, pillow and blanket per person during stay.

*Due to the increasing demand of saving water and the environment in Spain, please don’t waste unnecessary water. The normal usage will be calculated based on the local average.

Final cleaning: Cleaning of all rooms and wet rooms (Bathrooms etc.), outdoors, washing up, kitchen, picking up trash inside the house and outside areas. This service could be provided for 105 euros. If you rent the whole house, Villa and the studio, the cleaning price is 135 euro. Failure to do the final cleaning, you will be charged for the amount.

Sheets and towels: 2 towels (1 small and 1 large) and 1 beach towel is 12 euros/person

Booking: You need to receive a confirmation email before your booking is complete. You can use our booking system, or email eva.oscarsson@villabalea.com for proposal and booking. Unless we have agreed otherwise, we ask you to pay the booking fee of 30% of the rental value. Before arrival we will also ask you to pay an deposit of 265 euros that will be paid together with the final payment. You will pay for the remaining value of the booking 8 weeks before the rental date. The deposit will be paid back to your bank account when we confirm that all keys are returned and the house is in good condition. See Terms and Conditions
